Hey I'm Portia - Your KPI Coach.
My mission is to help other Black leaders reimagine themselves on the other side of whatever is stunting their growth and robbing them of their joy.
My intention extends beyond raising awareness; it is to bring about generations of leaders who look like me and who posess the power and the tools to transform their industries and their futures.
The science of Organizational Behavior Management is over 100 years old and is, at its core, still effective to this day. But while OBM has made significant strides in improving organizational performance, there is still work to be done in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
In other words, it's the 2020's now and this behaviorist believes that there is more to be said about building a business that a Black woman can thrive in.
